We specialise in teaching women how to train effectively and efficiently. Our programs are created using science back research and principles of training. On a W squad membership you have access to our annual strength training program and a variety of training styles to compliment your goals, including boxing, mat-based pilates, HIIT and yoga. Class sizes are capped at 15 to ensure we can offer individualised support and modification for those in need.
Those on a W Squad are able to access our shared care nanny and train at MOM times. We have a fully enclosed kids area to keep your kids safe, yet close to the action. Children are able to be bought into the studio anytime.
Your goals are important to us. We have a bespoke 23W app to ensure that all group members have access to 1-1 coaching support. Our extensive resources and educational systems help our members to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger and develop a positive growth mindset to accomplish their goals.
